#Culture is not aspirational.
这文化不是一种理想追求。

Culture is observational.
文化是可观察到的。

Culture is not something that you dream up what you want it to be, that you aspire to it to be.
文化不是你凭空想象出来的你希望它成为的样子，不是你所向往的样子。

It’s not brainstorming what our culture should be. And now let’s print up 40 posters and put them in the break room.

That is not what culture is, how you as the founders behave.

So it has to come from how you genuinely are.

People are watching you and they’re modeling off of you.
